These terms apply when you use the hoonsu desktop app or hoonsu.gg ("hoonsu", "we"). hoonsu is operated by 홍준기, an individual based in the Republic of Korea. By using hoonsu you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use hoonsu.
What hoonsu is
hoonsu analyzes the moments you die in VALORANT, builds a profile of your play, and suggests training. Its analysis and coaching are guidance, not guarantees — they can be wrong, and results in your matches depend on you. hoonsu is in development and features may change.
Riot Games and Overwolf
hoonsu isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. The app runs on Overwolf; your use of Overwolf and of VALORANT is also subject to their own terms.
Your account
The app signs you in through your Overwolf account. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't use hoonsu to gain an unfair advantage in a match or in any way that breaks Riot Games' or Overwolf's rules.
- Don't reverse engineer, overload or interfere with hoonsu or its servers, or access them by automated means.
- Don't send content you don't have the right to share.
Plans and payments
hoonsu has a free plan. Paid plans and their pricing are coming soon. When available, they will be sold through our payment provider, Tebex, under the terms shown at checkout, including how to cancel and how refunds work.
Content you send us
If you send a clip with a report, you let us use it to check and improve our analysis. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending your use
You can stop using hoonsu at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Disclaimer and liability
This section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Some jurisdictions don't allow warranties to be disclaimed or liability to be limited, so parts of it may not apply to you. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot lawfully be limited.
hoonsu is provided "as is" and "with all faults", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses — including lost data or losses in game ranking — arising from your use of, or inability to use, hoonsu.
If we are nevertheless found liable to you, our total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid us for hoonsu in the six months before your claim, or (b) USD 100.
None of this limits our liability for losses caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes arising in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, except where you have a legal right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction, such as the courts where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app or on our Discord when the change is significant.
